2. Use of Services

By using Sky Way services, you agree that:

  • You have the legal right to operate your business.

  • You will not use our services for illegal or harmful activities.

  • You are responsible for maintaining access credentials securely.

Sky Way reserves the right to suspend services if misuse or unlawful activity is detected.

3. Payments & Billing

3.1 Subscription Services

Certain services are offered on a monthly subscription basis.

  • Payments must be made in advance.

  • Failure to pay may result in suspension of services.

  • Prices may change with prior notice.

3.2 One-Time Services

Website design or setup services may require:

  • Full upfront payment, or

  • A deposit before work begins.

Details will be agreed upon before project commencement.

4. Refund Policy

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable.

  • Setup fees are non-refundable once work has started.

  • Advertising spend paid to third-party platforms (Meta, Google) is non-refundable.

Sky Way does not guarantee specific revenue or sales results.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing necessary content, images, and business details

  • Approving designs and campaign materials

  • Maintaining access to third-party accounts (Meta, Google, etc.)

  • Ensuring compliance with advertising platform policies

Delays in providing information may affect project timelines.

6. Advertising Services Disclaimer

Sky Way may manage advertising campaigns on platforms such as:

  • Facebook & Instagram (Meta)

  • Google Ads

  • LinkedIn

We aim to optimize campaigns for performance, but:

  • We do not guarantee specific leads or sales numbers.

  • Results depend on industry, competition, budget, and market conditions.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Ownership

  • Custom designs created for clients become client property upon full payment.

  • Sky Way retains the right to showcase work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

7.2 Platform & System

The Sky Way system infrastructure, tools, and processes remain the property of Sky Way and/or its technology providers.

Clients are granted usage rights, not ownership of the platform.

8. Third-Party Platforms

Sky Way integrates with third-party services such as:

  • Hosting providers

  • CRM platforms

  • Messaging platforms

  • Advertising platforms

We are not responsible for:

  • Downtime caused by third-party services

  • Policy changes by external platforms

  • Account suspensions by advertising platforms

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Sky Way shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of revenue or profits

  • Business interruptions

  • Data loss caused by external systems

  • Indirect or consequential damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the previous 30 days.

10. Service Suspension or Termination

Sky Way reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if:

  • Payments are overdue

  • Terms are violated

  • Illegal activities are detected

  • Abusive behavior towards staff occurs

Clients may cancel services with prior notice according to agreed billing terms.

11. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive business information shared during the service period.

Sky Way will not disclose client data except as necessary to provide services.

12. Force Majeure

Sky Way shall not be held responsible for failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Internet outages

  • Platform suspensions

13. Modifications to Services

Sky Way may update, modify, or improve services at any time to enhance functionality and performance.

We reserve the right to update pricing or features with reasonable notice.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of [Your Country – e.g., Sri Lanka].

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of local courts.

15. Changes to Terms
